Senior Security Engineer, Device/Hardware

Join Motive's Product Security Team as a Hardware Security Engineer. You will be the main security partner for engineering and hardware teams, focusing on design reviews, threat modeling, and creating secure components. This role involves driving hardware security initiatives and scaling security through programs and engineering excellence.

• Build hardware and embedded security baseline and process
• Drive relationships with hardware engineering team
• Identify and assess hardware security risks
• Lead hardware security architecture reviews and threat modeling
• Define and review security requirements for hardware platforms
• Drive end-to-end security for device hardware
