Sr. Engineer - Cybersecurity N 4B

As a Sr. Engineer in Cybersecurity at Genpact, you will be the operational backbone of our vulnerability management program. You will leverage the Qualys platform to maintain a real-time view of our security posture, identify and track vulnerabilities, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure timely remediation. This role is crucial for protecting our organization by acting as the source of truth for security findings and driving action through strong partnerships.

• Manage daily Qualys operations (VMDR, CSAM, EASM)
• Identify and track unmanaged assets and external attack surface
• Translate scan findings into actionable Jira tickets for remediation
• Validate vulnerability remediation with partner teams
• Collaborate with IT and DevOps to prioritize and drive security fixes
• Analyze and report on vulnerability status and remediation SLAs
