Senior Security Baseline Management Engineer

As a Senior Security Baseline Management Engineer, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining enterprise security standards across our on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will leverage automated tools to assess compliance, identify weaknesses, and drive remediation efforts in partnership with various technology teams. This role is key to enhancing our overall security posture through the consistent application of security controls and continuous improvement of our baseline program.

• Govern enterprise security baseline standards across diverse environments
• Conduct configuration compliance assessments using automated tools
• Monitor and report on configuration drift from approved security baselines
• Manage baseline exceptions and risk acceptance documentation
• Develop compliance metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting
• Partner with technology teams to ensure baseline implementation and maintenance
