Cybersecurity Engineer (Security Operations)

Join GovTech, the agency leading Singapore's Smart Nation initiatives, as a Cybersecurity Engineer focused on Security Operations. You will establish and maintain incident response playbooks, provide technical oversight during critical incidents, and drive operational readiness through testing and continuous monitoring. This role involves managing vulnerability and attack surface management, and educating stakeholders on cybersecurity best practices.

• Establish and maintain Ministry-wide Incident Response (IR) playbooks
• Provide technical oversight during high and critical severity incidents
• Design and oversee Tabletop Exercises (TTX) and chaos testing
• Ensure effective onboarding to central monitoring services and maintain IT asset inventory
• Establish SOPs for vulnerability management across on-premises, cloud, and OT environments
• Educate agency stakeholders on Response and Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
