Lead Engineer – Operational Technology Network Security

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls for operational technology environments, including industrial networks and connected devices. You will be a subject matter expert in OT network security, ensuring resilience, compliance, and alignment with enterprise security standards. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to protect company assets and advise stakeholders on security risks.

• Lead OT network security control design and implementation
• Develop and refine OT security policies and procedures
• Serve as SME for OT network segmentation and secure architecture
• Partner with IT, engineering, and operations leaders on security risks
• Monitor and analyze emerging cyber threats to OT environments
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members
