Senior Financial Analyst

iRhythm Technologies is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Operations FP&A team in Orange County, CA. This role will focus on financial planning, reporting, and providing decision support for operations and supply chain. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to analyze performance, support ROI modeling, manage expenses, and deliver strategic insights.

• Analyze performance vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods
• Partner with cost accounting manager on CORS and gross margin
• Prepare and enhance reporting with clear narratives and insights
• Own monthly close activities for areas of ownership
• Build return on investment models for savings initiatives
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecast processes
