About this role

Join Collectors as a Manager, Corporate Finance & Strategy to drive critical financial planning and reporting processes. You will own annual operating plans, long-range plans, budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning, while also contributing to executive and board reporting. This is a hands-on role focused on improving existing processes and systems, partnering closely with senior leaders to enable informed decision-making and support strategic growth initiatives.

What we are looking for

Manage annual operating plan (AOP) and quarterly planning cycles
Support long-range planning (LRP) and scenario analysis
Contribute to consolidated quarterly forecasts and pacing models
Own company-wide headcount planning and approval process
Serve as primary administrator for Adaptive Insights (Workday Adaptive Planning)
Improve core FP&A processes and system design
