About this role

MassMutual is seeking an Advisor Loan Consultant to develop practice assessment capabilities for wealth recruits and acquisition candidates. You will perform detailed financial assessments, structure loans, conduct sensitivity analysis, and coordinate efforts with home office partners. This role involves analyzing advisor loan programs, producing reports, interpreting profitability, and developing key performance indicators.
