Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions (Merger & Carveout Services)

West Monroe is seeking a Manager for its Merger & Carveout Services team to lead client engagements in complex transactions. You will guide teams through the entire deal lifecycle, from evaluation to integration, working at the intersection of business and technology to deliver impactful results for private equity and corporate clients.

• Lead buy-side and sell-side merger, integration, and carveout engagements
• Manage all aspects of client engagements including scope, budget, and reporting
• Lead cross-functional diligence, planning, and execution across IT, Finance, HR, Operations, and more
• Develop financial models, synergy analyses, and Day 1 readiness plans
• Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for clients
• Integrate AI tools to enhance analysis and delivery efficiency
