Senior Manager, Strategy & Investment Operations

RBCx is seeking a Senior Manager to lead operational and strategic initiatives for its Strategy & Investments team. This foundational role involves developing business cases, financial models, and operating frameworks to support program launches, M&A, and investment funds. The ideal candidate will blend financial expertise with program management skills and thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

• Develop comprehensive business cases and financial models for programs, M&A, and investment funds
• Create and maintain financial models for investment decisions and fund performance analysis
• Design and implement operating and governance models for new initiatives
• Support fund administration and develop scalable infrastructure for investment operations
• Manage annual financial planning and forecasting cycles
• Act as a liaison across program areas including digital assets and M&A
