Analyst - Asset Management

JLL is seeking an Analyst to support Asset Managers in implementing value-added strategies for multifamily and commercial properties. This role involves analyzing financial performance, managing risk, and building relationships with internal teams and external partners. • Analyze financial performance of multifamily and commercial properties
• Implement value-added strategies for JLL Real Estate Capital
• Manage risk and provide analytical support to Asset Management team
• Build rapport with internal teams, clients, and borrowers
• Utilize Microsoft Office for data analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with global teams on international client servicing
