Wealth & Asset Management Consultant - Managing Principal / Director level

Capco is seeking an experienced Wealth & Asset Management Consultant to join their London team. This role focuses on designing and leading strategic transformation projects for leading wealth managers and private banks, enhancing client propositions, business models, and operational efficiency. You will partner with clients to drive tangible commercial value through impactful business and technology change.

• Design and deliver discretionary, advisory, or pooled investment propositions
• Lead strategic transformation projects from new product launches to operational model redesign
• Partner with clients to enhance efficiency, client experience, and regulatory compliance
• Contribute to practice development through mentoring and thought leadership
• 10+ years of experience in discretionary and/or advisory Wealth or Asset Management
• In-depth understanding of client and product lifecycles
