Financial Consulting Senior Associate - Valuation Services

Join RSM's Valuation Services team as a Senior Associate to execute complex financial valuation projects, including ASC 805, ASC 820, and ASC 718. You will develop financial models, write detailed reports, and manage multiple engagements, gaining exposure to diverse valuation scenarios for M&A, IPOs, and financial reporting.

• Execute ASC 805, ASC 820, and ASC 718 valuation projects
• Perform fair market value engagements
• Develop financial models and write technical reports
• Manage multiple projects end-to-end
• 1-3 years of experience in audit and external projects
• Proficiency in MS Office, S&P Capital IQ, and Bloomberg
