As a Portfolio Analyst, you will support Portfolio Managers in developing and implementing client timberland investment strategies. You will conduct in-depth performance analysis, financial modeling, and reporting to enhance portfolio performance and meet client objectives. This role offers the opportunity to work with global timberland markets and contribute to client communications and presentations.

- Lead portfolio analytics, performance analysis, and reporting for client portfolios
- Conduct in-depth evaluations of historical and forecasted portfolio performance
- Analyze acquisition and disposition opportunities with financial modeling
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand performance drivers
- Prepare materials for client portfolio reviews and participate in client meetings
- Monitor global timberland market dynamics and macroeconomic trends
