Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (Client Experience Business Partner)

MSIG USA seeks an Associate Strategy Manager to support high-impact, cross-functional initiatives led by the CEO and Senior Leadership Team. This role involves driving strategic planning, analysis, coordination, and execution of key enterprise initiatives, partnering with leaders across the organization to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.

• Support development and execution of mid- to long-term growth strategies
• Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives
• Lead and support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives across core functions
• Conduct research and analysis to inform executive decision-making
• Prepare executive-level materials for management meetings and Board discussions
• Establish processes for effective execution, monitoring, and reporting of strategic initiatives
