- Develop financial analyses for M&A, structured financings, and capital structure optimization
- Build and maintain financial models and valuation analyses
- Evaluate client strategies, capital structures, and financing needs
- Prepare pitchbooks, discussion materials, and internal approval memos
- Conduct company and industry research to support idea generation
- 1-2 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, or structured finance
