Senior Consultant

JLL is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead workplace strategy engagements, aligning client environments with business objectives. This role involves data-driven insights, stakeholder engagement, and developing practical recommendations to enhance business performance and employee experience.

• Lead senior stakeholder engagement including C-suite interviews and workshops
• Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions across all organizational levels
• Lead and deliver end-to-end workplace strategy engagements
• Analyze workplace, people, and operational data to generate actionable insights
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring quality and client satisfaction
• Contribute to business development and opportunity identification
