Manager, Corporate Strategy

CarMax is seeking a Manager of Corporate Strategy to shape the company's strategy within Product and Operational departments. This role involves identifying new initiatives, developing roadmaps, defining test plans, analyzing test performance, and communicating results to executives. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in strategic thinking, leadership, and analytical decision-making.

• Identify opportunities and lead sessions for new initiatives
• Develop and maintain a roadmap of new initiatives
• Support solution development with functional experts
• Define test plans and key performance metrics
