Investment Sales Analyst - Capital Markets, Production Support

JLL is seeking a detail-oriented Investment Sales Analyst to join their Capital Markets team in Denver. This role involves providing strategic real estate solutions, conducting market research, and performing financial analysis for retail property transactions. You will assist in all stages of a transaction, from underwriting and proposal preparation to due diligence and closing.

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis for retail investment opportunities
• Prepare financial models, valuations, and feasibility studies
• Prepare pitch decks, investment sales advisory packages, and client proposals
• Perform complex financial modeling of commercial real estate transactions
• Assist in due diligence, marketing, and closing processes
• Understand and review real estate documents (leases, loan documents, appraisals)
