This role involves assessing technology risk, value creation, and operational resilience for buy-side and sell-side transactions, with opportunities to shape service offerings and build the practice.

• Lead technology due diligence workstreams for M&A transactions
• Assess technology risk, value creation, and operational resilience
• Support integration and separation planning post-transaction
• Face off with senior client stakeholders including CTOs, CFOs, and COOs
• Contribute to shaping service offerings and building the practice
