Manager

As a Manager on our Strategy team, you will lead large-scale digital transformation programs for global organizations, driving innovation in the AI era. You will collaborate across Strategy, Design, and Technology teams to solve complex business problems and shape human-centered digital experiences. Acting as a trusted client partner, you will manage expectations and ensure seamless delivery of AI-enabled products and strategies.

• Lead strategic digital transformation programs and AI product strategy initiatives
• Manage cross-functional teams and advise executive clients on AI and emerging tech opportunities
• Serve as primary client contact, building relationships and resolving project issues
• Identify business development opportunities and grow client engagements
• Direct the creation of AI-forward digital solutions and target-state operating models
• Mentor junior team members and act as a thought leader in AI and digital innovation
