Investment Banking, Private Capital Advisory, Vice President/Director

BTIG is seeking a Vice President or Director to join its Private Capital Advisory team. This role will originate, structure, and execute middle market debt financings for companies and their financial sponsors. You will manage transactions end-to-end, build lender relationships, and mentor junior bankers.

• Originate new financing mandates by cultivating client relationships
• Structure and execute diverse middle market debt transactions
• Lead transaction processes from pitch to closing
• Develop and maintain a targeted lender universe
• Prepare high-quality marketing materials and financial models
• Mentor and develop junior bankers
