Finance Analyst

Join Regal Rexnord's Kollmorgen North America finance team as a Finance Analyst in Radford, VA. In this role, you will develop analytical tools and metrics to support decision-making, conduct P&L variance analysis, and drive process improvements. This is a highly visible position with excellent potential for advancement within a global, growing company.

• Develop analytical tools and metrics for decision support
• Perform P&L variance analysis (weekly & monthly)
• Conduct full year P&L and statistic forecasting
• Support business reporting and accountability for key managers
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and 3+ years of experience
