About this role

Provide in-person and virtual financial counseling to clients, offering guidance on TIAA products and services to help them achieve their financial goals. This role involves educating clients on investment options, facilitating new product purchases, and managing client relationships.

Provide financial counseling on TIAA products and services
Offer financial planning advice via in-person, phone, and video chat
Educate clients on investment options and facilitate new product purchases
Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
Utilize knowledge of tax and investment strategies
Requires FINRA Series 7 and 63 registrations, and Life and Health Insurance License
