- Design and implement Global Business Services (GBS) Target Operating Models
- Identify opportunities for process harmonization and standardization
- Develop process documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams
- Analyze operating models and identify areas for optimization
- Support change management plans for TOM implementation
- Conduct GBS business case calculations and reporting
