Analyst, Investments

As an Investment Analyst, you will support the Senior Investments Team by performing critical analytical duties to underwrite potential real estate investment opportunities. This role involves market tracking, financial modeling using Argus and Excel, preparing investment committee materials, and assisting with due diligence for acquisitions. You will also collaborate with development and operations teams on land acquisitions and portfolio management.

• Support underwriting of real estate investment opportunities
