• Prepare debt and/or equity offering memoranda
• Manage graphic design process for memoranda
• Prepare debt sizings and financial models in Excel and Argus
• Evaluate due diligence and research market feasibility
• Summarize lender and investor bids
• Support brokers in closing transactions
