• Lead portfolio measurement and strategy for the American Express account
• Oversee and direct team members in client service and partnership development
• Establish program success metrics and evaluate program effectiveness
• Develop and cultivate relationships with clients, partners, and agency teams
• Manage client-related and partnership budgets
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and partners
