Analyst, Investment

As an Investment Analyst, you will support the Senior Investments Team by performing critical analytical duties to underwrite potential real estate investment opportunities. This role involves market tracking, financial modeling using Argus and Excel, and preparing materials for internal and external committees. You will also assist with due diligence and collaborate with development and operations teams on acquisitions and portfolio management.

• Support underwriting of real estate investment opportunities
• Perform financial analysis and build transaction models in Argus and Excel
• Track markets and analyze comparable sales and leases
• Prepare investment committee memorandums and board presentations
• Assist with due diligence and portfolio operations
• Recent graduate with strong academic record in finance, real estate, or related field
