Senior Revenue Cycle Epic Systems Analyst Full Time Day Shift

This role is for a Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst with Epic Systems expertise at Hendricks in Danville, IN. You will act as an internal consultant to optimize revenue cycle performance through analytics, system design, and project leadership, bridging operations, IT, and Finance. The position involves leading complex projects, influencing system design, and driving initiatives to improve financial outcomes and operational efficiency within the Epic platform.

• Lead Epic revenue cycle projects including system optimization and workflow redesign
• Analyze revenue cycle performance using Epic reporting tools like Clarity and Caboodle
• Develop and maintain dashboards for financial and operational KPIs
• Collaborate with Epic analysts on build requirements and enhancements
• Serve as a liaison between Revenue Cycle, IT, Compliance, and Finance
• Improve key performance indicators such as AR days and clean claim rate
