Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Consultant for Strategy & Execution to lead critical initiatives within Navista's cCare sites in Fresno and Southern California. This role focuses on bridging strategy and operations, managing complex projects, and optimizing clinical delivery models. The ideal candidate will operate independently, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and drive measurable outcomes in a healthcare setting.

• Lead end-to-end project management for strategic initiatives
• Support integration strategies for new clinical partnerships and technology
• Liaise between operational, technical, and clinical teams
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide status reports
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
• 4-7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or project management
