Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

IG Group, a FTSE 100 fintech company, seeks a detail-driven Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to enhance financial reporting quality and speed. This role involves owning core planning and budgeting processes, developing financial models, and providing timely insights to drive better business decisions. You will collaborate across the Finance team and report to the Head of Financial Planning & Reporting.

• Own and manage Group's annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles
• Develop and maintain robust financial models for planning
• Produce accurate and timely Exco, Board, and management reporting packs
• Enhance clarity, speed, and relevance of reporting outputs
• Act as a key user for financial planning systems like Anaplan
• Drive improvements in reporting processes, tools, and data quality
