Director, Productivity & Workforce Transformation

West Monroe is seeking a Director to lead engagements focused on improving client productivity and transforming their workforce. This role involves redesigning work processes, reducing costs, and integrating AI into daily operations to achieve measurable value. You will also be responsible for business development and growing the practice.

• Lead client engagements in labor productivity, cost takeout, and operating model improvement
• Assess workflows and identify value leakage
• Build quantified business cases and develop executable roadmaps
• Drive AI-enabled workflow transformation and identify practical use cases
• Originate and close new engagements, develop proposals, and identify follow-on opportunities
• Own engagement delivery, lead teams, and coach members in productivity methods
