​Cost Management Analyst​

Toyota is seeking a Cost Management Analyst to support financial analysis and cost functions for our Jackson, TN plant. This role involves monitoring costs, developing cost reduction activities, and providing accurate financial information to support management decisions. You will work closely with manufacturing teams and other Toyota North America Manufacturing Companies.

• Provide cost leadership including budget coordination, reporting, and analysis
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Conduct variance analysis for shop costs against budget, forecast, and targets
• Perform cost lead activities and support cost reduction reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365 tools
