US Strategy and Deals Commercial Due Diligence and Strategy Associate and Senior Associate

Alpha FMC is seeking Associates and Senior Associates for its Strategy & Deals division in New York. This role involves advising financial services clients and private equity investors on strategic decisions, including commercial due diligence and corporate strategy development. You will analyze markets, customers, and competitors to support investment opportunities and growth initiatives.

• Lead workstreams in commercial due diligence and growth-strategy projects
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to develop actionable insights
• Develop compelling client-ready presentations and storylines
• Conduct primary and secondary research, including expert and customer interviews
• Engage directly with clients and external experts
• Supervise and coach junior team members
