Corporate Strategy Lead Analyst, Vice President

Citi's Finance Division seeks a Corporate Strategy Lead Analyst, Vice President in Mumbai to advise senior leadership on high-impact strategic issues. This role focuses on developing and implementing global standards for key performance metrics, managing the Executive Scorecard reporting process, and enhancing the controls framework. The ideal candidate will drive strategic initiatives, improve processes, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

• Manage monthly Executive Scorecard reporting process
• Enhance existing controls framework by identifying gaps
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve and standardize production
• Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders
• Support implementation of changes to enhance production processes
• Understanding of capital markets, retail banking and/or institutional banking is a must
