Supervisor - Registered Nurse - Hudson Valley

YAI is seeking a Supervisor - Registered Nurse to oversee day-to-day nursing services for assigned regions. This role involves ensuring safe and appropriate nursing care, medication administration, and providing clinical support to nursing staff. The supervisor will also develop an understanding of applicable regulations and collaborate with leadership teams to meet the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

• Oversee day-to-day nursing services for assigned regions
• Ensure safe and appropriate nursing care and medication administration
• Provide clinical leadership and support to RNs and LPNs
• Develop understanding of applicable medical and nursing regulations
• Collaborate with program leadership and interdisciplinary teams
• Travel to programs for assessments, meetings, and staff support
