Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

Mastercard is seeking a motivated graduate to join their European finance team as a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst. This role involves partnering with Business Development and Strategy leaders to provide financial insights, support complex deals, and analyze financial performance across Europe. You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, gaining exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic decision-making.

• Support annual budget and quarterly performance reviews & forecast cycles
• Provide insights & analytics on financials and manage opportunities & risks
• Partner with regions, business units, and corporate to analyze new business opportunities
• Develop and improve monthly reporting & analysis package for European Divisions
• University degree in Finance or Economics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI is a plus
