Senior Capital Markets Analyst, Production Support

Join JLL's Capital Markets team as a Senior Analyst to support the placement of debt and equity for commercial real estate transactions. You will be involved in all phases of the transaction lifecycle, from underwriting and financial modeling to closing and client relations. • Create debt and equity offering memorandums with market research and financial modeling
• Develop complex financial models for underwriting diverse property types
• Manage due diligence, marketing, and closing activities
• Communicate with producers, market participants, and clients
