Manager, FP&A

Freenome is seeking a Manager, FP&A to join their Finance team in Brisbane, California. This role supports key business processes with a focus on financial reporting, forecasting, planning, and modeling. The ideal candidate will translate financial data into actionable insights for cross-functional partners and improve financial visibility to support company growth.

• Serve as financial advisor to business leaders and budget owners
• Drive corporate planning processes and oversee budgets/forecasts
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting and track KPIs
• Build and refine forecasting tools and financial models
• Support implementation of financial systems and leverage AI for automation
• Minimum 8 years of progressive Finance/FP&A experience
