Analyst, Investment Modeling

JLL is seeking an experienced Argus Modeling Analyst to join their Gurugram team. This role involves providing financial analysis and modeling support for commercial real estate investments using Argus Enterprise software. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background and excellent analytical skills.

• Develop financial models using Argus Enterprise software
• Conduct cash flow analysis and valuations
• Collaborate with acquisitions and asset-management teams
• Generate reports and presentations on investment findings
• Maintain and update property-level financial models
• Assist in due diligence and underwriting processes
