Director, Productivity & Workforce Transformation

West Monroe is seeking a Director to lead engagements focused on improving client productivity and transforming workflows through AI and process redesign. This role involves assessing operations, building business cases, and driving AI-enabled solutions to unlock measurable value and reduce costs. You will also be responsible for business development and growing the practice.

• Lead client engagements in labor productivity, cost takeout, and operating model improvement
• Assess workflows and identify value leakage
• Build quantified value cases using operational data and financial modeling
• Drive AI-enabled workflow transformation and embed AI into business processes
• Originate and close productivity/work transformation-focused engagements
• Own engagement delivery, team leadership, and client satisfaction
