Associate, Investment Banking – Financial Sponsors, Infrastructure

Join Wells Fargo's Financial Sponsors team as an Associate in New York City. You will partner with private equity clients on a variety of complex transactions, including M&A, capital markets, and financing solutions. This role offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in infrastructure fund coverage and project finance.

• Support senior bankers in client relationship management
• Build complex financial models and perform valuation analysis
• Conduct due diligence and draft marketing materials
• Analyze financial statements and industry trends
• Prior experience in Infrastructure Fund coverage and Project Finance required
• 2+ years of Investment Banking experience
