Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

Mastercard is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst in Bogota, Colombia to support the North Latin America region. This role involves delivering high-quality financial planning, analysis, and reporting to enable informed decision-making. You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, financial close, and performance monitoring while partnering with finance and business teams.

• Support monthly financial close and variance analysis
• Prepare financial reporting packages and performance dashboards
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability across North LAC
• Assist with annual budget and periodic forecast cycles
• Provide financial support for customer deals and contra revenue
• Contribute to financial process improvements and automation
