Project Financial Analyst I

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Financial Analyst I to support Business Unit Controllers and Associate Directors. This role involves preparing, analyzing, and reporting on revenue, contracts, and projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines. You will also be responsible for loading project budgets, maintaining financial systems, and performing variance analysis.

• Prepare, reconcile, analyze, and report on Business Unit revenue, contracts, and projects
• Load project budgets into Oracle/Revenue Wizard and maintain project data
• Draft project-level actual vs. budget/forecast variance analysis
• Prepare monthly forecasting of financial results (backlog)
• Monitor project health including revenues, gross profit, receivables, and unbilled amounts
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience required
