Financial Analyst

Dematic is seeking a Financial Analyst in Mississauga, Canada, to support general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and operational finance for the Canada region. This hybrid role involves managing the month-end close process, ensuring balance sheet and income statement accuracy, and assisting with Canadian sales tax and payroll accounting, all while adhering to IFRS standards.

• Complete month-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Prepare, review, and file Canadian sales tax returns
• Manage and support payroll-related accounting activities
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with policies and procedures
• Support external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual IFRS audit
