Manager, Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA), Core Consulting

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is seeking a Manager to lead high-impact consulting projects in the Central American and Caribbean region. You will drive initiatives to expand Visa's acceptance footprint, boost client business, and identify strategic opportunities by collaborating with Merchant Sales and Acquirers. This role requires strong analytical and project management skills to deliver strategic thought leadership and impactful solutions.

• Lead consulting projects for Issuing, Commercial, and Government Solutions in CARCAM markets
• Drive VCA strategy and capitalize on regional opportunities
• Coordinate acceptance activities stemming from consulting recommendations
• Cultivate and manage a pipeline of client work
• Develop new solutions, toolkits, and consulting approaches
• Build enduring, strategic relationships with clients and internal teams
