• Support HR and Workforce Transformation projects and talent strategies
• Design and implement Change Management and Learning & Development initiatives
• Analyze client challenges and develop talent and workforce solutions
• Support AI in HR and digital workforce transformation
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with client teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
