• Conduct quantitative research and analysis on economic, industry, and company trends
• Prepare pitch books and marketing materials for M&A and financing transactions
• Develop financial models and perform valuations for client deals
• Evaluate risk/return parameters for financing transactions
• Assist in structuring, underwriting, and executing financing deals
• Collaborate with product groups to develop client solutions
