Manager, Finance & Strategy (Marketplace)

Join Collectors as a Manager, Finance & Strategy, supporting our rapidly growing collectibles marketplace businesses. You will own core financial planning and reporting processes, partner with business leaders to drive strategic decisions, and contribute critical analysis for executive and board reporting. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape financial insights within a dynamic, high-growth industry.

• Own annual operating plans, long-range plans, and consolidated expense budgeting/forecasting
• Partner with Marketplace business leaders on financial performance and strategy
• Prepare analysis and narrative for executive and board reporting
• Develop and maintain financial models and planning systems
• 5-8 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or consulting experience
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling skills
